How to book tickets

Booking process

On the Forthcoming Concerts page hover over or click on the event you want to attend. You will be asked to fill in some details (you will only have to do this once). Choose your payment method (Paypal, debit or credit card) and follow the instructions. You will receive a confirmation email. We do not charge a booking fee. No tickets are issued. Just bring your receipt to the concert and collect your tickets at the door.

Sold-out concerts

For all sold out concerts we operate a waiting list. Often we are able to offer seats at the last minute. Please email info@colchesterchamberchoir.org to be added to the waiting list for a particular concert.

Refunds

If you contact us more than a calendar month before the concert date, we will refund your tickets in full. If you get in touch later than that, we will refund you if we are able to sell the tickets to someone else.

Payment by cheque

Please email boxoffice@colchesterchamberchoir to arrange. Any cheques must be received 7 days prior to event otherwise the tickets will be released for general sale. On receipt of cheque payments you will receive a booking confirmation by email. Please bring a printout of that to the event. Please email info@colchesterchamberchoir.org if you have any questions.
